Ali of Giant Carpet called me as soon as I submitted the work I needed done on HomeAdvisor. He came to my home 2 days later and gave me a free estimate for the work I needed done. He and his employee were so polite when they arrived. In order to re-stretch my carpet they had to move some very heavy pieces of furniture, which they did very carefully. After they were done they even vacuumed my carpet! Excellent work, excellent experience.

Ali and his assistant showed up to give me an estimate on carpet repairs needed in two room, but actually was available to do the work because of a cancellation. Finished in no time flat, quick, efficient, excellent work. Can’t even tell the carpet was repaired. Can’t believe how great it looks and the price was extremely reasonable. Definitely would use Giant Carpet again!

Worked non-stop for two hours per original estimate. Met and exceeded expectations especially in stretching carpet to eliminate gaps between new baseboard and tile floor. Would hire again. Fair price and prompt service.

These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed for my son’s room. They were fast and it looks great!

Ali the owner of Giant Carpet came to give me an estimate last week and was very encouraging that he could take care of it all. His price was fair to reasonable, he was pleasant and seemed sincere so we made an appointment for to came back three days later to do the job. Ali brought a helper and it was done in an hour and 1/2 and the floor looks great every lump and bump is gone. Ali even went into two bedrooms off the main area and fixed those two. He fixed the carpet on the steps. The carpet hasn’t looked this good from the day it was first laid. The best part is that now I finally feel I have someone to call any time I need help with carpet repairs.
