I couldn’t have been happier!!! I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and Ali, the owner and his helper, Diego, came 10 minutes early. They were extremely courteous and professional and wanted to be sure I was totally satisfied. They put new, moisture proof padding on my walkway in my living room and also stretched the carpet in one of my bedrooms. The job in both areas was absolutely “perfect.” I would highly recommend Giant Carpet!!!

Amazing service and quality. Ali was at my house within 3 hours of my post. He brought the exact samples that I requested to see. He was super nice and accommodating without a single hard sell pressure tactic, which is refreshing. Within a week, on a holiday, Diego and Rich ( ( who are 2 of the nicest, most courteous men I have met) showed up to prepare the area. Within an hour, Ali showed up with the carpet and to oversee project. The carpet was laid beautifully with 1/2″ memory foam padding. It’s absolutely beautiful ! A job well done. Nice. Simple. Price is right and the men are honest. No hidden fees on the day of install. I am super pleased
